Whisky Glenugie 22 y.o., cask strength - 52,5%, unchillfiltered, refill sherry cask, cask butt 5134, 654 bottles, Chieftain's bottling
Nose - vanilla and milk from cask with pretty nice herbs. You can imagine porridge if you want.
Palate - quite spiced (pepper tone like in whisky Talisker), again herbs (someone found thyme hints). Finish is unexpected long.
Glenugie is dismantled, so is unprobably to taste other than independent bottlings. Sad, because this whisky is pretty good.
